We all want time to stand still so that we can keep our babies tiny forever don't we!
By having a newborn photoshoot, it is 'sort of' possible!!!
As a lifestyle photographer I capture photos that are completely different to traditional newborn studio photographers by taking more natural and relaxed photographs of your newborn and family either in my beautiful boho style natural studio in Wallasey, or in your own home wherever you may live within the North West England region.
Lifestyle newborn sessions are a more natural way of capturing your newborn. Time is precious and I love to concentrate more on the bond between your baby and yourselves than on wrapping your baby. I spend time getting a feel for what your baby needs and wants and then create photos that are a perfect representation of them. If they like being wrapped, then this is what I will do. If they like being held in your arms, then these are the photos that I will work on. I am a natural photographer and this is the work I love to show.
If you have missed the newborn stage and have only just found me, that is ok too! I can capture your baby at any stage and concentrate on you as a family and the facial expressions they make and the bond you have created.
Family is the most important thing to me and I know it is to you too!
I take the time to capture moments of you as a new family, not in front of a white screen, but in my relaxed natural studio
which even has a bed for you to cuddle up on!!!
It is so important to capture the bond that you are creating in those early days. Of course, we want to get individual photos of your baby on their own as well, that is a given!
My studio is a very relaxing place to be, it is unlike the typical photography studio that you imagine, instead it is especially made for you to have natural photos taken as a family. Creating memories of the brief time that they are tiny and the love that the whole family has for them.
Not sure you will feel up to traveling to my studio in the first few days after giving birth?

Many parents struggle to leave the house in the first few weeks of parenthood and babies are just getting used to life in their new home. I know that the thought of leaving to go to a photography studio could be very stressful so I give you that extra option of having your photos taken in your own home if this is something you would prefer.
Did you miss the two week window that most photographers need to make beautiful posed photos? When you book with me it doesn't matter what age your baby is, because I take natural photos and concentrate on the babies expressions and the bond you have with each other, age doesn't matter at all.
Yes we won't be able to get those wrapped photos when your baby is older but we will still capture those tiny features that we all love! And you never know, they may sleep enough for me to try!!!

I had a lovely family photo shoot with my husband , 2 boys and newborn baby . I love the pictures Rachel captured. She put us all at ease as she was very relaxed and accomodating with the older children and new baby . The studio allows natural family pictures to be captured . Thank you Rachel
